Women Across North America Join The Yaz Lawsuit

The Yaz Lawsuit has been discussed on some of the major TV and radio networks across North America because of the high level of interest that has been created by the proceedings. Yaz was released by the Bayer pharmaceutical company to wide ranging acclaim because of the ease with which this form of birth control could be taken and the many medical conditions that could be treated with the drug. 

 

The Yaz lawsuit came into being after a number of women were affected negatively by medical conditions caused by the side effects linked to the use of Yaz. The reason for the Yaz lawsuit coming into being can be traced to the marketing campaign linked to the launch of Yaz that has been described as misleading and not explaining the side effects linked to the drug correctly.

Yaz and its generic form have been linked with a number of heart issues for many women who should not have been prescribed the drug had they themselves and their physicians been aware of some important side effects. Not only was the marketing campaign the cause of many side effects, but the drug was also claimed to be a good way of reducing the symptoms of a number of medical conditions, such as acne and PMS. 

 

The marketing campaign has been shown in the Yaz lawsuit to make claims regarding the way PMS and acne cold be treated with Yaz that were incorrect. Woman who were using Yaz to reduce the effects of these medical conditions have joined the Yaz lawsuit to claim damages for what is claimed to be misleading information regarding the drug.
